Whether your NPT is small or large, in order for it to be effective, there’s essential principles that must be followed and adhered to by all members, as noted above. Otherwise, you’re going to have trouble when you least desire it. Remember also that in any NPT, all authority is ‘moral authority’, that is, granted solely by the members for as long as the chosen leadership doesn’t abuse that authority. Let it go to your head, and it’s over….no more NPT, or if there is a NPT, the leader will most likely be replaced.
